Thanks to a goal from Olivier Giroud and a great Mike Maignan, the Milanese find the semi-finals of the Champions League, a first since 2007, by disposing of Naples, which reacted too late.

Carried by its French players, AC Milan is heading to the semi-finals of the Champions League thanks to its draw in Naples in the return match at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium on Tuesday April 18. It was first Olivier Giroud who opened the scoring, after missing a penalty. It was then Mike Maignan who distinguished himself by repelling the penalty from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. If he gave in at the very end of the match against his former Losc teammate, Victor Osimhen, the PSG-trained goalkeeper kept Milan afloat. Thanks to their victory in the first leg (2-0), the Milanese are now sailing towards the semi-finals where they will face Benfica Lisbon or their historic rival, Inter Milan.
