The Buenos Aires Minister of Justice and Security on leave, Marcelo D’Alessandro, is increasingly committed. In C5N they showed new messages between him and Judge Sebastián Ramos, precisely the magistrate who dismissed the complaint for “influence peddling” against Silvio Robles, spokesman for Horacio Rosatti, a member of the Supreme Court, and the PRO official himself.

In the chats, Ramos calls D’Alessandro a “friend”, thank you for the delivery of a car and other favors. This is how the judge wrote to him in January 2022: “Hello Tano! The Focus was delivered to me today. Thank you!”. “Nothing to be thankful for. As soon as the Toyotas come in, I’ll give you one,” the minister replied.

Ramos is the magistrate who filed a criminal complaint about the scandalous chats between D’Alessandro and the right hand of the president of the Supreme Court, since he considered that a criminal investigation cannot be advanced based on evidence obtained illegally.

The judge had taken the case in the middle of the judicial fair after a complaint filed by the lawyer Gastón Marano, who is involved in the case for the attack against the vice president as defender of Nicolás Gabriel Carrizo. Robles had been accused of suggesting to D’Alessandro how to proceed in the case for the formation of the Council of the Magistracy.

However, when Ramos testified this Thursday before the Impeachment Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, he assured that he had no ties to Silvio Robles or the Buenos Aires minister, something that the leaked chats deny. Now his words could be considered as “false testimony”.

More chats

Other conversations of D’Alessandro that were known in the last hours would involve judge Carlos Mahiques, deputy Cristian Ritondo, attorney Eduardo Casal and judge Julián Ercolini.
