Berlin is experiencing the turn of the year from 2022 to 2023 in the usual manner: after two years of being more restrained, partly with extensive bans on firecrackers and residence and party restrictions due to the corona pandemic, the capital is experiencing a hot New Year’s Eve. This even applies almost meteorologically: 17.9 degrees Celsius were measured in Tempelhof in the afternoon, and it only cools down a little during the night.
