fireworks and sea
The sky lit up with fireworks and the night seemed “more joyful” with dozens of people wearing Hawaiian (yellow collars) on the Costa Verde boardwalk.

There were also ‘little boys’ who were on the beach the night of December 31 and they relaxed by soaking up to their knees in the sea and splashing a little water on their heads. Meanwhile, some men took a dip. “They are not flowering baths, but of good energy”, they said laughing.
‘Evicted’ with their tents
At dawn, on the ‘Agua Dulce’ beach, it was evidenced that several spent the night there, with liquor. “We found more than 150 tents, drunk people and garbage. These people have been withdrawn, alcoholic beverages have also been confiscated and the place for bathers to enter has been cleaned,” said the mayor of Chorrillos Fernando Velasco.
On the other hand, in the venice beachthere were also dozens of tents with couples and families who spent the night there and thus welcomed the new year 2023.
