After a more relaxing week at the Farmen kjendis farm and another approved weekly assignment, the stage was again set for a duel. The large farmer Aleksander Sæterstøl (27) had chosen Marit Andreassen (56) as the first champion. Andreassen himself had had a very emotional week on the farm.

All of the female participants were nervous that the first champion would choose them, but the choice finally fell on former TV 2 weather anchor Elin Tvedt (49).

Andreassen ended up beating Tvedt 2-1 in ax throwing. After the loss, the 49-year-old tells TV 2 that she is disappointed with her opponent:

– Last week, Marit said that she would not choose me if she became first champion. That’s why I was really calm before the runner-up election, but then I realized beyond yesterday that there was a good chance that it would be me.

Elin has given Marit a promise she has no plans to keep. See what here:

Considered another branch

When it dawned on Tvedt that she would most likely be chosen as runner-up, she got help from fellow participant Sæterstøl. He had beaten Espen PA Lervaag (45) in the same branch the week before.

– Aleksander had an ax throw last week, and thought it was easy. But the ax was heavier than I thought, so I lost focus a bit. Neither Marit nor I were particularly good, but she was the one who won, says the 49-year-old.

Tvedt says that she considered the bag for a long time, but chose the branch because she had not seen it in action. She regrets it now.

– I think I’m stronger than Marit, so right now I really regret not taking it, says Tvedt.

Should have run a different tactic

Some of the participants have chosen to keep their strengths a secret on the farm, which the 49-year-old also chose to do. Tvedt says that when she was asked what her strength was, she avoided answering.

– Then I could have answered: “I know I’m strong in my arms, I’m good at that”. Then it probably wouldn’t have been as easy to choose me as second champion. But hindsight is of little help now, she says, laughing.

Tvedt now regrets that she did not use the same tactics as some of the other female participants.

– I have probably sold myself a little bit, and tried to go under the radar of people. But here quite a few of the girls have told how strong they are. So then it probably became a little easier to choose me.

The former weatherwoman on TV 2 adds that she also thinks she has started tendinitis, after all the milking she has done on the farm in the last two weeks.

– I think it was painful to throw, and Marit had a kink in her back. We were both slightly “handicapped”, so it probably goes up.

– It is no secret

During the duel, it became clear that several of the participants wanted Tvedt back on the farm. After she hit the blink, the other pledgers cheered.

– It’s no secret that a lot of people wanted me back. Marit has had a number of small conflicts in here. She said that herself when she hugged me after the duel, she begins.

In the past week, Andreassen has had several discussions and disagreements with the other participants, including Sofie Karlstad (25) and the large farmer Sæterstøl.

Andreassen herself was aware of this, and whispered this to Tvedt when she hugged her after the victory.

– “It was actually you they wanted back on the farm”, she whispered to me. Then I said that now she had to go back in, start over, have fun – and remember that this is not the real world, says the 49-year-old.

Furthermore, Tvedt says that Andreassen also whispered to her that she was sorry for being the reason for the westerner’s exit.

– She probably has a guilty conscience because she chose me, but she had to choose someone.

The Torpet plan is ready

Although the early exit was not what Tvedt wanted, she is now looking forward to taking Torpet, and then fighting her way back to the farm.

– I am most looking forward to seeing Eli Kari! Of course she doesn’t want to see me there – she wants me to be at the Farm. But in terms of well-being and socializing, I’m going to have a fantastic time at Torpet.

However, she wants to avoid one thing in particular.

– I hope I don’t have to meet Eli Kari in a possible match. I hope we don’t get away, since we are friends.

Nevertheless, the motivation is great before tomorrow’s Torpet competition.

– I have calculated that if I win the competition tomorrow, I am almost guaranteed to be in the finals week at Torpet. So that’s why I have good reason to fight, she concludes.
