Danny Blum is currently keeping fit at 1. FC Nürnberg. On the club’s homepage, sports director Dieter Hecking explains with a view to the training guest: “There are two reasons why Danny will train with us. On the one hand he wants to keep fit, on the other hand we have the opportunity to observe him closely for a week. Whether we end up signing him or not depends on various factors.”

Blum was already under contract with the Nuremberg team from 2014 to 2016. In all competitions, the left winger was on the pitch 46 times for the second division side and was directly involved in 18 goals (eight goals, ten assists). Until recently, the 32-year-old played for APOEL Nicosia from Cyprus (18 games, involving seven goals).
