Juarez City.- Neighbors of the Oasis subdivision reported two abandoned dogs in a home.
They pointed out that they are alone and how they can give them food and drink water but one died and begins to smell bad.
The publication was made on the Facebook social network in which they denounced the case.
“Help. In Info oasis 7231 Libano street there are two puppies in total abandonment, unfortunately one has already died. We got closer and they were already giving them food and we tied a bucket to give them water. But the dead puppy is already starting to stink. We urgently need to get the dog out, they are already here from a civil association but we need to get the dog out.

They added that the report has already been made to the authorities but they have not responded.
