FC Schalke is pushing forward with a commitment from center forward Michael Frey. According to information from ‘Sky’, the Bundesliga bottom has now agreed with the 28-year-old about a change this winter. Details with Royal Antwerp still need to be clarified.

Schalke want to loan Frey from the Belgian first division club and, according to ‘kicker’, also secure a purchase option. The former Nuremberg professional is still under contract in Antwerp until 2024, but Frey no longer sees his future in Belgium.
