The rappers from KIZ are coming to Essen in 2023. On Friday (25 August) the Berlin formation will be playing outdoors on Seaside Beach. A few weeks ago it was announced that the musician Apache 207 would play two open-air concerts (September 2nd / September 3rd) at Lake Baldeney, which is also at home in the German rap genre.
KIZ will play their gig in Essen under the title “Rap über Hass” – that’s the name of the band’s sixth studio album, which entered the German album charts at number one in early June 2021.
Seaside Beach: Further concerts are not fixed yet
It is not yet clear which other artists will appear on Seaside Beach in the coming open-air season. Last year, David Guetta, Rea Garvey, Deichkind and Sarah Connor, among others, performed at Lake Baldeney. (yep)
Tickets for the KIZ event in Essen cost 59.90 euros and are available online at https://krasserstoff.com/ available. Admission to the Seaside Beach area is at 4 p.m. on the day of the concert, the open air is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
