Pasarela 261 Cdigo Moda turns 10 years old

CARACAS.- Catwalk 261 Fashion Code celebrates a decade as one of the most important fashion events in Latin America organized by the Association of Fashion Creators of Venezuela (Acmov).

“Runway 261 Fashion Code was held at the Tibisay hotel in Maracaibo, Zulia state, where once again the protagonists were color, brightness, ingenuity and creativity on the part of its members, who dressed models and personalities to show their latest creations,” production said in a statement.

Miriam Rodrguez, ALL Baute, Joan Delgado, Nidal Nouaihed, Blacksand Estudio Carlos Flores, Yalima Hernndez and Gladys Snchez, Templo, Gionel and Giovanni, RV Fashion Store, Mitos, Richard Urdaneta, AmenaidaG, Moniz y Fornes, koii, were in charge of dressing models and former beauty queens who graced this edition of Pasarela 261 with their latest collections.

The mission for next year is to merge business with fashion, in a format of marketing experiential, where brands can achieve greater positioning and projection, reported Duvraska Villasmil, general director of Pasarela 261.

This edition was conducive to awarding the three winners of the Best New Designer, a competition that seeks to promote new talents in fashion design. The first place was obtained by Miguel Aguilar; the second, Elio Guille; and third place went to Krystel Morales.

“Acmov is already preparing a new format for next year that will be called 261 Fashion Capital 2024, where in addition to having the traditional catwalk, exhibition and sales areas will be incorporated with all the suppliers of the different items necessary for the final work of a designer or brand, among other news that will be progressively reported,” the production advanced.
