Un exceptional European summit took place on Thursday 9 February. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was welcomed as a superstar to meet the European heads of state and government, and it was not until later in the evening that the twenty-seven resumed their activities. On the menu, the economy but above all migration. Europe wants to “take back control of migratory flows”.
