A cash from the Dos Arroyo police station found a wallet lying on a city street this morning and after inquiries managed to locate the owner: a 61-year-old retiree, who had lost his wallet after returning from collecting his salary.
The policeman was returning home after finishing his guard at the section where he serves, when in an urban area of that town, he observed a wallet lying on the street.
The staff verified that he had documentation along with the sum of 60 thousand pesos in cash. Quickly, he carried out tasks to locate the owner, together with personnel from the jurisdictional police station, thus obtaining the data indicating where the victim resided.
It was like this, that the troops went to the home and spoke with the man, who was surprised, since until then he had not realized that he had lost his wallet. Finally, the policemen returned the retiree’s belongings.
