In the last 33 consecutive Powerball drawings, there have been no jackpot winners.
The new jackpot will have a prize of $590 million, according to the Powerball website.
If someone matches all five main numbers and the Powerball number in Saturday’s drawing, they can choose to receive $304.8 million all at once instead of receiving the $590 million in annual payouts.
Currently, this prize is in the position number eleven of the largest prizes that have been offered in the history of the lottery in the United States.
