According to the data provided by spokespersons consulted by this morning newspaper, the hearing was held around noon in the Investigating Court Two of Jardín América where the person involved chose to remain silent and, after that, was notified of the preliminary accusation that It fits in the case that it is sexual abuse with aggravated access.

According to the spokespersons, the woman who reported the alleged abuse to the Women’s Police Station of the aforementioned town clarified that at no time did her daughter tell her that she had suffered a sexual attack by a member of the school or someone close to the institution.
The parent explained that she was made aware of the fact by a teacher and a principal of the school her daughter attends, who informed her on Friday afternoon that the student had been injured during physical education hours.
She said that when she arrived at the institution, she found the little girl sitting in one of the school rooms with her clothes stained with blood and that, beyond being nervous about the fall she had moments before, at no time did she say she had suffered any act of abuse. .
Although the little girl said that after the blow she had and that affected her private parts, she was assisted by teachers from the school, at no time was she left alone with anyone. The woman also remarked that on different occasions, even during her transfer to the Madariaga de Posadas hospital, she consulted the creature about some type of attack and that the response was always the same.
In turn, he acknowledged that during the medical studies, where a possible case of abuse could not be ruled out from the first examinations, he decided to file a complaint in light of said possibility.
On the other hand, a series of complementary studies carried out by intervening gynecologists indicated that no indicators of abuse with access were detected in the student.
Although this does not allow us to rule out the hypothesis of abuse, since there is a possibility that the student has been groped within the educational establishment and that it does not involve visible injuries.
Beyond these points, for the investigators the statement that the little girl made in her interview at Cámara Gesell will be key to the continuity of the case.
