The new edition of the program that reintegrates tourism expenses will seek to enhance the low season with a new benefit plan

The fourth edition of the Previaje program is confirmed. The Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Nation, Matías Lammens, spoke about the launch of the new edition of the program that returns 50% of what is spent on tourism in the form of credit, to be used in new consumption in the tourism sector.
While referring to how successful the summer season is being, the official stated: “We have some important challenges that have to do with sustaining this level of demand throughout the year, that there is practically no low season. For that we are going to have some important tools such as PreViaje 4, but in general we are very happy, also with what has to do with receptive tourism”, he summarized.
Same as him PreTrip 3which was raised to travel in low season, between October and November last, it is expected that Previaje 4 can be used between May and June.
While there is no official release date yet, there is speculation that the Purchases can be made from the second half of March and you can travel to any destination in the country. It should be noted that during those months there will be six holidays (May 1, 25 and 26 and June 17, 18 and 20), which are surely the most chosen dates to use the program.
How much is the refund and how to get it
The program that seeks to promote tourism refunds 50% of consumption made in the tourism sector in the form of credit, an amount that serves to reuse in new tourism consumption within the country.
In PreViaje 3, the refund limit was $70,000 per traveler, and it is expected that this maximum limit will increase in the next edition.
PreViaje 4 offers new opportunities for tourists.
How to use
To take advantage of the Pre-Trip benefit, you must choose registered providers; be it travel agencies, car rental companies, hotels or airlines.
Then you have to register with the My Argentina account and create the trip, with data such as place of departure, destination and dates.
Then you have to upload the payment invoices or air tickets, with their corresponding numbers and amounts.
Once these vouchers are validated, the user will be able to see the credit in their favor in their account, which they can use through a preloaded card or through Banco Nación’s virtual wallet.
The money can be used in shows, gastronomy, in the purchase of souvenirs or excursions, for example.
An important fact to keep in mind is that no need to use credit during travel; but it can be kept and used later in any destination in the country, and also take into account that there are several items that accept credit for payments.
