Dressed in jeans, a shirt, turned into a grill man, taking orders and with a big smile, Prince William served several diners from a food truck in England, an action that left more than one pleasantly surprised.
Several customers were surprised when they came to place their fast food orders and found none other than the Prince of Wales.
The presence of Lady Di’s eldest son is due to the fact that Prince William is a great defender of the environment and supports projects related to a sustainable way of life.
And it is that its presence in the fast food restaurant has to do with a sustainable hamburger initiative that is part of an ambitious ecological project, the Earthshot award.
It was in 2022 when the call to create the first Earthshot Burger was launched, awards sponsored by the YouTube channel Sorted Food, from which 3 winners emerged.
Prince William, since he learned about this project, became the most enthusiastic promoter of said sustainable hamburger.
This was the reason why he himself went out to sell it to make it known and also to support the prize winners.
How Sorted Food was born
It is a project of schoolmates from the outskirts of London, who created Sorted Food in 2010 and, since then, it could be said that it has multiplied.
The Sorted Food portal ensures that over time they have become the world’s leading online gastronomic community.
Sorted Food’s media outlets include YouTube channel, social media platforms, plus an all-in-one cooking companion app.
“It’s about a community of people (15 million every month) who love to eat, laugh and learn weird things about cooking. It is about connecting people through the genius of food”, indicates the portal.
