This week the British royals are having a good time! The Coronation of King Charles III. is coming up on Saturday (May 6th) – an event of the century.
But there is also an important day for Princess Charlotte. The daughter of Prince William (40) and Princess Kate (41) is celebrating her 8th birthday today. There is a new photo of her as a gift for all Royal fans.
“Wishing Princess Charlotte a happy birthday!” Kensington Palace online announce. There was also a picture in which the princess was beaming.

Charlotte sits happily in a white dress printed with flowers ( by Trotters, approx. 80 euros) in a wicker chair. Her long hair blows in the wind, her eyes sparkle mischievously. The princess clearly has fun as a birthday photo model.
The great picture was snapped by mom last weekend Kate in Windsor. Prince William’s wife, who, in addition to daughter Charlotte, also has sons with him George (9) and Louis (5) is known for being a passionate photographer. She captures her children in a wonderful way in snapshots, creating wonderful pictures of her darlings.
What is striking about the new photo of Charlotte: While she used to look amazingly similar to her great-grandmother, the late Queen († 96).she is now more and more like Papa William.
The eyes, the nose, the mouth, the smile: now little Charlotte looks like her proud dad’s face. Even the sweet cake teeth are with her like they used to be with William. If you look at old childhood photos of William, GEN they go through as siblings!

Sunshine Charlotte was born on May 2nd, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital in London and is currently third in line to the British throne (after her father Prince William and brother George).
On the weekend after her birthday, the next highlight is already waiting for her: the coronation of Grandpa Charles.

If King Charles III officially gets the crown on his head on Saturday, the children of heir to the throne William are supposed to walk in the official procession and are probably also expected on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, where the royal family will be celebrated by onlookers.
Then everyone can get another public look at Charlotte, who is now a proud 8-year-old.
