The Taxpayer Defense Attorney (Prodecon) will open its doors on Saturdays, April 22 and 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to advise individuals on the presentation of the annual declaration of 2022.
The last day to file the annual return is May 2 to file your return, according to information from the Service tax administration (SAT).
Taxpayers from the metropolitan area may attend in person at the central offices located at Avenida Insurgentes Sur #954, Insurgentes San Borja neighborhood, Benito Juarez mayor’s office, in Mexico City.
Or, detail the Prodecon, attention will be provided in any of the 30 delegations located in the country, but by appointment. The advice will also be carried out through remote assistance services or by telephone attention (55 12 05 9000 in Mexico City or 800 611 0190 toll free).
An additional means of communication is through online chat by entering the Prodecon Internet portal, or by email at [email protected].
The Prodecon began in March the advice campaign “Declare Easy and On Time. Annual Declaration–Individuals 2022” with which they hope to serve 70,000 people.
The Attorney General’s Office will provide individuals with all the necessary information to make it easier to comply with this tax obligation without setbacks.
The information will be provided in person at the offices of the Prodecon. In addition to the advice that will be given via webinars, videos, tutorials, podcasts, practical workshops and with the “Guide to present the Annual Declaration”.
The Prodecon program, which will last three months, is complemented by three stages: Prepare, Declare and Receive your refund (in case you have a credit balance).
