Prosecutor justifies the release of the man who ran over the tamalero
On social networks, the information released by Ken Omar “N” was disseminated, the driver of a Mini Cooper who ran over and killed a tamale vendor on December 24 in the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, the Prosecutor Justifies Release.
As reported in The Truth Newsthe State of Mexico Attorney General’s Office (FGJEM) stated on December 27 the reason for which Ken Omar had been released.

These procedures “were carried out in accordance with the law” and with the intervention of an expert in the field of land transit, in addition, the FGJEM indicated that, based on the National Code of Criminal Procedures, the crime for which it is investigated is a culpable commission, and therefore, “it does not warrant informal pretrial detention.”

Why was Ken Omar “N” released?
Prosecutor’s Office said why he did not deserve prison.
“After expiring the constitutional term of 48 hours […] This individual was released under the reservations of the law.”
But on February 1, the hearing will be held before a Control Judge, in which “the Agent of the Public Ministry will formulate an accusation against the probable person responsible.”
