Undefeated for nine months, Paris Saint-Germain tripped over Lens (3-1) on Sunday in Ligue 1. An unsurprising defeat for the capital club, which once again showed limits against a team that was not afraid.

Paris Saint-Germain losing a match is rare enough to cause a (small) earthquake. But when Paris Saint-Germain lose, they rarely pretend. With the absences of Neymar, suspended, and Lionel Messi, at rest, the players of the capital ran straight into the trap of Stade Bollaert. And they fell with both feet together.
The same ailments, again and again
In Lens (3-1), Sunday, the champion of France lost his first official match for nine months and the scrape inflicted by Monaco (3-0), March 22 Louis II. Galtier and Vitinha are not looking for excuses
The good news for Paris? The actors did not seek excuses. I had trouble recognizing my team. We lacked cohesion, as I said, we thinned out as the match progressed, when we had come back well after their first goal. An observation shared by Vitinha. I would say that Lens played a much better game than us and completely deserve this victory. We have to see what we did wrong. We wanted to stay undefeated but we weren’t able to do it. We will review this match and analyze what we did wrong. Our organization under pressure may have been deficient , regretted the Portuguese. A little reminder that won’t hurt Parisians.
