It all happened at a private party in Punta del Este. A young Uruguayan woman denounced that she was drugged and raped by three men.
The Justice of that country has already charged the defendants, but for now they remain free. They are prohibited from approaching the young woman by order of the Family Court.
The event occurred this weekend in a house located on Berenice and Octante streets, belonging to two brothers accused of the attack. While the third person involved is a cousin of theirs.
According to information from feminist organizations that gave details, the three men would have drugged the young woman with benzodiazepine, a sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, amnestic and muscle relaxant medication. The victim was beaten and ended up unconscious after the attack.
They have already arranged for medical and clinical examinations to be carried out on the victim and the three men denounced.
