The man accused of murdering Daniela Radke (23) in San Vicente was charged with femicide and refrained from testifying at the investigative hearing held this afternoon before the head of Investigating Court 3, Gerardo Casco.

After his presence at the judicial headquarters, the magistrate ordered that he remain detained in the Second Police section, under strict custody.

Acquaintance of the victim

In the images it can be seen that the accused femicide arrives with the young woman -she had the same clothes in which she was found dead- around 6 p.m. on Thursday on the motorcycle with the same characteristics that the family provided. And they stayed there until around 2:30 in the morning. However, the most painful detail is that the young woman was literally loaded onto the tank of the bicycle without any kind of mobility of her own or reflex. That is, everything indicates that she was already lifeless. “She was dead or at least fainted. What you see is an inert body on the motorcycle,” said an investigator with access to those footage.
It is believed that at that moment he went to discard the body, since he returned to the apartment about 8 minutes later.
Autopsy and hypothesis
The preliminary result of the autopsy determined as the cause of death as suffocation by strangulation, although the final reports are awaited.
The spokespersons consulted detailed that in this first report no indications were detected that the young woman had been the victim of a sexual attack. What is known is that Daniela had sexual relations prior to her death and that a genetic pattern was extracted from her body.
The main hypothesis is that after committing the crime, the person involved dressed the body and placed the underwear inside the pants. From there he loaded her on the motorcycle and left to dispose of the body.
In the first instance, the victim’s cell phone was not found either, since the defendant left his backpack and belongings at the premises of an acquaintance, who upon learning of his arrest notified the Police. Now the phone will be subjected to technical expertise in search of data that contribute to the cause.
