There were 42 direct goals (22 goals, 20 assists) in the previous season. Vinicius Junior could go one better this season. The Brazilian currently has 18 goals and nine assists, making a total of 27 points. But Vinicius still has 16 league games ahead of him, at least two in the cup and probably at least three in the Champions League.

Mbappé only second choice?
The question arises as to what would actually happen if Kylian Mbappé came to Madrid next summer or in 2024 at the latest. The Frenchman from Paris St. Germain is still a big topic at Real despite his surprise cancellation before the start of the season. And of course the royals are still buzzing around in Mbappé’s head.
It is also known that the 2018 World Champion prefers to play on the left wing and does not like being called up in the centre. At Real, however, he would have to queue up at the back. Because the king of the Bernabéu currently only has one name: Vini Junior.
