A survey shows that even the poorest sectors believe that there is corruption in the management of social plans and the majority request their elimination

The strong suspicions of corruption in the management of social plans among the poorest and among the voters of the Frente de Todos are also striking.

How opinions are divided on the cancellation of social plans
56% of those surveyed by the consultant consider that social plans must be reduced, to lower public spending, and only 33% think that they cannot be reduced because there are people who need them, even if they generate expenses for the State.
In any case, opinions vary according to the ideological position and the future vote in the next presidential election as follows:
- Frente de Todos Voters: 19% reduce them and 65% do not reduce them.
- Voters of Together for Change: 80% reduce them and 14% do not reduce them.
- Milei voters: 78% reduce and 11% do not reduce.
What is the prevailing opinion on beneficial ownership secrecy?
52% of those surveyed by Aresco are in favor of the position of the Minister of Social Development, Victoria Tolosa Paz, who asked to lift the tax secrecy of beneficiaries of social plans.
Only 9% of those who responded to the survey adopted the opinion of Juan Grabois, who was opposed to lifting the tax secrecy of social plan beneficiaries.

By dividing the opinions by political preference and voters of the 2023 presidential elections, the following results are obtained:
- Frente de Todos Voters: 62% many/quite a lot and 27% few/not at all.
- Together for Change voters: 91% many/quite a lot and 6% few/not at all.
- Milei voters: 89% many/quite a lot and 6% few/none.
By socioeconomic level, the lower and middle sectors are the ones who most suspect irregularities, with 83.1% and 78% suspecting that there are many or enough, in each case..
