Scheduled for 2023 on PC and current generation consoles, Remnant 2 will logically offer several character archetypes and thus leave the choice to the player to embody the one that suits him best.
Play as the Handler
A few weeks ago, the software developers already offered a first glimpse of this character by detailing some of his main skills. We thus learned that this class was going to act as Support during the fights and that you will be accompanied by a dog of fight as well useful for attacking the adversaries as for treating the players.
This time, we are talking about new gameplay images featuring this famous archetype and presenting the different skills in a little more detail. For example, the character will benefit from a Prime Perk, or special ability, which will allow him to be automatically raised by your pooch if you fall in battle, provided that you have a Dragon Heart in your inventory.
For his part, our four-legged friend will also benefit from some talents. He will be able to bark to attract enemies in the area to him and thus leave the field open to you, create an area of effect to fill the HP gauge of the player and his allies, or even enter a state of trans and inflict even more damage to your attackers!
Of course, you can also use several different weapons, like a pistol and a rifle that seem particularly useful against all these creatures! The idea will obviously be to survive your waves of enemies in the many environments offered by the game: ruins, castle, city crushed by flames, gloomy undergrounds or even bloody swamps… In short, there will be plenty to do !
As a reminder, Remnant 2 is the sequel to Remnant: From The Ashes and is scheduled for summer 2023 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only.
