The Buenos Aires Atlantic Coast has become one of the most chosen places to spend this 2023 vacation. But you also have to think about your pocket and one of the main budget items is undoubtedly accommodation. For couples or family groups, one of the best options is renting apartments or houses. And there are prices for all tastes in the different tourist spots with beach and sea.
According to a recent report from a real estate platform that analyzes the behavior of temporary rentals -which they say has grown by 56 percent this year-, in Pinamar a three-bedroom apartment is rented for $30,000 and a four-bedroom apartment for $40,000 per night. While in Mar del Plata the three-bedroom units cost around $35,000, the two-bedroom units $20,000, and the one-bedroom units $15,000 per night.
Fortnightly, the report indicates that in Costa Esmeralda -one of the fashionable destinations this season along with Chapadmal- a three-room apartment is rented for $660,000 while in Mar del Plata fifteen nights in the same for around $575,000 or close of $75,000 per day. However, the most expensive locations for a large house for the entire fortnight are Cariló $900,000 and Pinamar $850,000, per fortnight.
