Authorities responded to a bear attack on a person in the Mount Baldy area of San Bernardino County Monday afternoon.
The attack apparently occurred at Mountain Avenue and Shinn Road, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Authorities were circulating the area to find the victim of the attack.
“Aviation assets have an image of a possible victim with bears still in the area,” the San Bernardino County Fire Department said on its Twitter account.
