Last year one of the most anticipated announcements was made with the Resident Evil 4 Remake, which was seen coming given the latest releases of the franchise from Capcom. This week it was confirmed that Resident Evil 4 Remake is in the last stages of its development in Capcom.

The scheduled release date for Resident Evil 4 Remake is March 24, 2023, so there are still just under three months to go before we can play it. This title will come to Xbox Series X | S, PS4, PlayStation 5 and PC, but for some reason it will not have a version for Xbox One consoles.

Some days ago Famitsu published its annual interview with Japanese game developers, with some commenting on what they expect in 2023. Among the developers is Capcom’s Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, the producer of the Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2 remakes who is now in charge. from Resident Evil 4 Remake.

In his end-of-year message, Hirabayashi said that they are working hard on Resident Evil 4 so that they can share news before its release on March 24, as well as that they are in the final spurt of their development and he asks us to wait a little longer. The producer also says that he would like to buy a Steam Deck and hopes that the third season of The Boys will premiere in 2023.

It’s been a while since the last trailer for Resident Evil 4 Remake but at least we know its development is going well, so Capcom could unveil a new trailer in the coming weeks to build anticipation for the game in early 2023.
