After their reunion in 2022, the band led by Fernando Ruiz Díaz does not stop breaking it on every stage they go out to play, they have already performed before more than 400,000 people in different parts of Argentina, and their show in the 8th edition of Rock in Baradero was no exception. Catupecu Machu kicked off its set list with ‘And what I want is for you to tread without the ground’ from the album ‘Eso vive’ and in the middle of the Pedro Carossi Amphitheater the audience began to open an incredible pogo, throughout the band’s repertoire on public jumped and euphorically enjoyed the 40 minutes of the show.

Catupecu came out to play with two drummers, with Julián Gondell and Abril Sosa, who was part of the original formation of the band and returned last year for the Quilmes Rock festival, who had their instrumental moment in a recital that was highly emotional and in the one that Fernando all the time made reference to his brother Gaby dedicated the show to him and also thanked the public for being present. “Thank you love of my life”, was one of the most beautiful references and that he repeated over and over again.

The band from Villa Luro shook all the time and since the third song was played Fernando began to ask the public to put together a pogo stick and jump. “I want to see a tide of people jumping,” he harangued.

Another of the culminating moments of the recital was when Eruca Sativa took the stage and they collaborated with ‘Dale!’, a song for which they had to do a similar live rehearsal but they ripped it apart. Such is the euphoria generated by the hit that even Julián Gondell and Abril Sosa came down with the public to do pogo.

The Catupecu closed Saturday night with ‘A veces vuelvo’ after saying goodbye to Eruca and around 11:20 p.m. they gave way to their friends from Las Pelotas, as Fernando Ruiz Díaz mentioned them.
