BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) — Andrew Tate, the controversial social media personality and former professional kickboxer who was accused in Romania of rape, human trafficking and creating a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, won an appeal Friday against his house arrest and, instead, judicial control measures will be imposed on him, his spokesman said.
