The judicial decision was taken hours after the governor of Santiago, Gerardo Zamora, will file a criminal complaint on Monday against Silvio Robles, who has been questioned from different sectors in recent days due to the leak of the chats of the Buenos Aires Minister of Justice, Marcelo D. ‘Alessandro.

“Silvio Robles, the spokesman for the president of the Court, was charged. Intimidated to deposit his cell phone ”, reported the journalist Vanesa Petrillo.

Robles, who officiates as spokesman and general director of the committee of the president of the Supreme Court, Horacio Rosatti, appears in conversations with D’Alessandro giving arguments to the Buenos Aires official on how to proceed in the conflict with the national government over the seats in the Council of the Magistracy.

It also seems to anticipate what would be the Court’s decision on the co-participation dispute, which finally tipped the balance in favor of the city of Buenos Aires.

The complaint fell to the federal court of Santiago Guillermo Molinari, who accused Robles and ordered that “urgently he deposit his cell phone” in the corresponding secretary on duty, since there is a judicial fair.
