Editor-in-chief Petter’s unfortunately not-so-loved Ghostwire Tokyo was one of last year’s bigger releases in advance. That in our opinion it then did not live up to the promising premise is one thing, but many Xbox players have probably wanted to discover that thing on their own. However, this has not gone due to console exclusivity to the PS5.

We have already reported on rumors surrounding an Xbox release, where the not-so-revealed mural with the Xbox Series X & S in Bethesda’s office spoke a fairly clear language. Now have one Reddit user spread the rumors even further and according to their own statement gained access to Zenimax Media’s – the parent company of the game’s publisher Bethesda – plans for 2023, and it should say that Resident Evil father Shinji Mikami’s Ghostwire Tokyo will be released to Gamepass and Xbox Series S & X on the 25th: e March, the same day that the timed exclusivity goes out to Playstation.

The game will also be delivered with new content for those who want to repeat Akito’s adventures once more. Of course, we cannot know whether this is true, but we can probably expect a confirmatory announcement shortly.

What did you think of Ghostwire: Tokyo?
