A course especially for children. In several teaching units, we deal with a mixture of theory and practice on the subject of self-defence and violence prevention, conveyed in an age-appropriate manner. Children learn how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations. The program also includes simple exemption options against people of the same age. What you will learn with us:
