“Following the drought that has affected most parts of the country, and in accordance with the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (QSSSL), the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs calls on all citizens to take part in Salat Al-istisqa which will be performed through the mosques of the country on Saturday 9 Choual 1444, corresponding to April 29, 2023 from 09:00 a.m. “, can we read in the press release from the ministry in question.
In conclusion, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs urged citizens to “repent to the Almighty, keep ties of kinship intact, intensify good deeds, give alms to the poor and needy, in the hope that God, Almighty, gratifies us with His blessings”.
