In this regard, the Secretary of Science, Technology and Innovation, Marina Baima, stated: “This is a bet of the government of Santa Fe to invest in the first Provincial Science and Technology Network so that boys and girls throughout the territory can access highly technological skills for free, awaken scientific vocations and develop job skills for the future. These clubs, along with strategic partners from each of the locations, seek to develop skills such as robotics, mechatronics, 3D printing, astronomy, chemistry, and physics, in a playful way. Boys and girls can participate in these activities by accessing this network, looking for the closest one in which they can sign up for free to do all the activities and also participate in the annual meetings they have with the government of the province.

“From the Science and Technology area we take science as our flag, and for this reason we do not hesitate to invest in the development of capacities at each point where there is an opportunity to generate cooperation with a partner at the territorial level. Science is for everyone, science is investing knowledge. We know that the capacities of the territories are developed by granting opportunities to each boy and girl and that these abilities are really going to impact how we modify our productive matrix and giving greater inclusion and accessibility to educate in a new, inventive and, above all, impactful way”, Baima added.

The Science and Technology Clubs aim to awaken STEM vocations in children and young people, promote innovation in the territories, link scientific and technological projects with the community, and stimulate talent and teamwork.
