Given the vicissitudes that arise in the face of the October elections, Diego Santillicandidate for governor of the province of Buenos Aires, showed optimism with the possibility of incorporating José Luis Espert to Together for Change (JxC) and criticized the inmate in the Frente de Todos (FdT).
“I would have liked to compete with him in 2021 on the inside because we would have taken much more distance from Kirchnerism,” he began by expressing about the Avanza Libertad deputy.
In addition, he added that “he is an excellent economist, who add up and understand the problems that the country has. Adding liberal values that have expressed ideas similar to what we think is always good.”
Regarding the country’s current situation, Santilli acknowledged that “we have serious structural problems in terms of poverty, which is increasing. We have not resolved the issue of inflation and the indebtedness continues to grow.” Along these lines, he maintained that “poverty is very serious and the lack of formal work is already serious because 11 years ago we did not grow in its creation.”
On the other hand, the deputy referred to the existing division in the FdT and commented that “since they started fighting, This government sometimes plays the part of the ruling party and the opposition”.
In this sense, Santilli completed explaining that “Alberto Fernández decided not to be a candidate due to the failure of this government, where they are all included. What they have to do is govern, because the people elected them for that and they have failed.”
