Some Virginia school entities will offer free breakfast and lunch to children 18 and under for the next few months as part of the USDA Summer Food program.

At least 21 Prince William schools will participate in the initiative starting June 20 and, in some schools, the benefit will extend until August. Visit this web page for details.

In Fairfax County, much of the food programs will start June 20 and will be available at community centers. Click here for locations.

In Manassas, the initiative will be available from June 20 to July 31 in some units, while the following schools will participate from June 20 to July 13:

  • Baldwin Elementary School, 1978 Eagle Way
  • Jennie Dean Elementary School, 9601 Prince William St.
  • Mayfield Intermediate School, 9400 Mayfield Court

In Loudoun, meals will be served at eight locations around the county starting this week at the Sterling Library and expanding in early July. Visit this page for the full list.
