The Water and Sanitation Company of Algiers (SEAAL) adopted a remote monitoring and control system to ensure equitable water distribution, along with a geographic information system to locate faults and customers.

As part of the 18th edition of the International Exhibition of Equipment, Technologies, Water and Environment Services “Pollutec“, the SEAAL offers its digital services and solutions to professionals in the water sector, with the theme “digitalization as a tool for the development of the public water and sanitation service”.

The company has implemented several digital tools such as the digital portal to access many technical and commercial services, the digital agency service ” Agents » to manage online accounts, and two online payment platforms, Fatourati et ColdMob.

SEAAL has also developed a call center to respond to customer inquiries and concerns in real time. These measures bear witness to SIAL’s commitment to providing modern and adapted services to customers using state-of-the-art technologies.

A mobile application to know the distribution program of your region

The SEAAL had launched a new mobile application which allows its customers to visualize in real time drinking water distribution program.

This application is available in French and Arabic, and it uses the automatic geolocation function to help customers track the distribution of water in their geographical area.

The app is regularly updated to reflect changes in the drinking water distribution schedule. This new functionality should help the company’s customers better plan their water consumption and avoid unexpected shortages.
