DENVER, Colorado – University of Colorado Boulder police responded to a complaint of a rowdy party at Weber Hall’s Bear Creek Apartments and after dispersing the party, officers responded to an assault and robbery in the area outside of Weber Hall.

According to the victim, three men assaulted him in the Bear Creek Apartments parking lot and chased him into an adjacent area. During the incident, the assailants are also believed to have stolen some of his belongings. The victim suffered head and facial injuries, for which she was taken to Boulder Community Hospital for medical attention.

At this time, it is unknown if the suspects were armed. According to witnesses, the three individuals fled the scene in a royal blue Toyota Camry sedan with Colorado license plates.

The suspects are described as African-American males, between the ages of 20 and 24. The police investigation is ongoing and the authorities are looking for witnesses who may have witnessed the robbery and assault.

  • The first person of interest is described as having short shaved black hair, a beard, and wearing a black “Scarface” sweatshirt, light blue jeans, and gray tennis shoes with red accents.
  • The second person of interest has short shaved black hair, was wearing black sweatpants with white vertical stripes down the sides, a white/light gray sweatshirt, and black and white tennis shoes.
  • The third person of interest has black dreadlocks approximately 6 inches in length, a gray sweatshirt with black sleeves, knee-length gray sweatpants.
