One of the firm requests within the declaration is the suspension of toll collection that is illegal, since there is no basis for Argentina to charge that amount and furthermore, the navigability of rivers is an international law enshrined in treaties and articulated from Mercosur.

The opposition senator Kattya Gonzalez He questioned that the Paraguayan ship continues to be detained and that it is important to claim the free navigation of the river.
