Lea Giménez highlighted the normal progress of the transition process to the new government of Santiago, with a view to the transfer of command scheduled for August 15.
“It has been a tremendously smooth transition process from the meeting held by the outgoing president Mario Abdo Benítez and the incoming president Santiago Peña”, Giménez expressed to Universo 970 AM.
In that order of things, he stressed that in recent weeks the new ministers appointed by the president-elect were already able to meet with whom they will deliver the post in the different institutions of the State.

Giménez assured that they have no complaints so far, evaluating the opening that the outgoing government has had through its ministers and authorities to achieve an orderly handover.
“We are happy with everything we have been able to achieve so far.“, added the next head of the Civil Cabinet of the Presidency, who highlights the demonstration of political maturity and technical height with this orderly transition.

The purpose is “arrive well prepared” to start working in the best way from August 15he assured. “We are focused on generating fast results and without losing focus in everything we are going to do in the long term”.
“Citizens want evidence that we are doing our best and that this effort can generate results. We always have to prioritize citizens, they must be the center of everything“, he pointed out.
