In less than a month, seven cattle have been killed by a family in Havana, amid the inaction of the police who leave these crimes unpunished.

According to a complaint sent to CyberCubaat the “Efraín Mayor” peasant base, in the Guanabacoa municipality, seven head of cattle have been stolen and killed from the same family in less than a month.

According to the testimony of the author of the complaint, the authorities only come to draw up minutes “and nothing more.”

As part of this wave of crimes, the family has also been left without the oxen with which they plow the land.

The territories of the country where the highest number of cattle thefts occurred were Villa Clara (12,243), followed by Holguín (9,825), Matanzas (8,158), Cienfuegos (7,082) and Las Tunas (6,354).
