Shadow Warrior 3 pleases its fans on PS5, Xbox Series and PC
In a few days, Shadow Warrior 3 will have the right to its own Definitive Edition on PS5 and Xbox Series. It will take the form of a major update completely free for current owners of the game and will add big graphical improvements and more. The game will be able to run in 4k at 30 fps or in performance mode at 60 fps on current consoles. As a bonus, several new game modes are out.
A survival mode will now be unlockable after beating the game for the first time and will require you to fight endless waves of enemies to unlock rewards. A New Game Plus will also inflate the lifespan by allowing you to restart the game while keeping your weapons and skills. Here too new challenges and rewards will be gleaned.
Two new difficulty modes will satisfy players who love tough challenges. A Hardcore mode is expected and should be a very big challenge on its own with more and more powerful enemies, while the more daring players can embark on the Like A Shogun mode which will ask you to complete the game with a number limited lives. Many cosmetic rewards and new challenges will also be included.
Shadow Warrior 3 is currently available on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The update will arrive on February 16 on PS5 Xbox Series and PC. It will be free to download for all owners of the game and will also be found in all online stores.
