CDMX.- Claudia Sheinbaum, Head of Government of Mexico City, denied that her Administration has launched a dirty war against Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard.
Tonight, when leaving the National Palace, the capital official was questioned about the erasure of some fences in which the presidential aspirations of the Secretary of Foreign Relations were promoted.
After denying the accusations, Morena’s presidential “corcholata” asked to review the number of fences that have been used to advertise the Chancellor.
– Doctor, why are you deleting Marcelo’s advertising?, she was asked.
– Who?, he answered, with a strange tone.
– Those of the City Clean Service.
– “Ah, that’s not true! Look how many pints there are of him”, he asked.

– “No”, he insisted.
– But there are the photos.
– “There is no instruction”.
– Isn’t it dirty war?
– “There is no dirty war, pure love and peace,” he added, before getting into his vehicle.
This Monday, Alberto Esteva, one of the Ebrard operators and representative of the organization A corazón abierto, accused officials of the capital’s government of erasing the fences painted with the Chancellor’s name.
Three hours later, the Secretary of Works and Services of the City, informed that the cleaning of fences of “graffiti and unauthorized advertising” seeks the recovery of public spaces.
“The General Directorate of Urban Services cleans public spaces with graffiti or unauthorized advertising on a daily basis, to avoid visual contamination in the streets. This year 363,671 m2 of fences have been recovered,” he posted.
The message on the networks was accompanied by a video in which workers can be seen applying paint to cover fences with legends such as #EsClaudia and #EsRosaIcela.
Sheinbaum was interviewed after leaving the National Palace, where she participated in a meeting with the health cabinet, in which the possibility of ending the emergency declared by the Covid-19 pandemic was discussed.
