In the series I fyr og flamme, the celebrities must undertake the wildest challenges they can imagine. In Thursday’s episode, Thomas Gullestad and Ailo Gaup will be shackled for a full 48 hours.
Gullestad and Gaup, who are usually friends and neighbours, will carry out everyday activities such as dentist appointments, housework and dobe visits.
– I thought it would be relaxing. Until we started. It was anything but relaxing, Gaup tells TV 2.

Challenging on the toilet
Dressed in common clothing, the friends were ready for 48 hours glued to each other.
– When you first have to be a Siamese, Gullestad is a superb man to be linked to, says Gaup.
One of the challenges the comrades experienced was that they always had to agree on what to do. If one of them had to go to the bathroom, the other had to go with them.
– I like Gaup, but not so happy with him. Adult excrement is not something I want to be near, Gullestad tells TV 2, before adding:
– There was a point where the whole scheme was about to collapse. Inside the doe, I started to feel sick.

– Completely exhausted
The boys had imagined that the evening would offer a good atmosphere, relaxation, and something good in the glass.
– On the other hand, there was laundry, housework and weeding. Try to make it stick to a guy, Gaup says with a laugh.
When they went out to do gardening, not everything went according to plan.
– It was complete chaos. We tripped and rolled down a slope in the garden, says Gullestad.
With mud smeared all over their bodies, both agreed they needed a shower. The clothes had to be cut off, and that’s when the duo realized they didn’t have extra clothes.
– We had no plan to cancel, but we were completely exhausted. It wasn’t tempting to walk around half-naked for a day and a half, and wait for the clothes to dry, says Gaup.

Disappointed
No more than 10 hours passed before the duo called off the challenge.
– I am very disappointed that we did not implement. If we had had smaller plans, I think we could have managed it, says Gullestad.
Despite being so close, they don’t think the challenge affected their friendship to any great extent.
– I don’t remember if we had a break from each other after the challenge, but in the long run it hardly had any impact, says Gaup.
