DENVER, Colorado – We kicked off the work week with scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms for various parts of Colorado. Some of these storms could be severe.
At night, not much activity is expected after the initial storms have passed. However, there could still be some scattered showers. As for the temperatures, they will be in the low range of 80ºF.
For Tuesday remains the day of greatest concern for severe storms. Weather models aren’t sure exactly when these storms will begin, but they are expected to occur in the afternoon or evening.
Wednesday will be a drier day, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 70s in the mountains and 80s in the lowlands. From Thursday to the end of the week, a warm and dry weather pattern is expected to establish itself in our region.
