In the sixth hearing of the trial by Fernando Báez Sosa, the media captured for the first time the faces of those accused of the crime in Villa Gesell.
Máximo Thomsen, Ciro Pertossi, Luciano Pertossi, Enzo Comelli, Blas Cinalli, Ayrton Viollaz, Matías Benicelli and Lucas Pertossi arrived at the sixth hearing of the trial for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa without a mask.
Although in some of the hearings last week they also arrived without masks, no images of it were seen. However, this Monday the faces of the defendants were captured by the media.
The court authorized the entry of the cameras, which allowed these images to be possible. Arms crossed, serious and some with their eyes on the floor, that’s how they were seen this morning, according to national media.

Who declare today Monday January 9
Today at 9:00 a.m. began the sixth day of the trial for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa, the young man murdered in 2020 outside the Le Brique nightclub in Villa Gesell. It is stipulated that they declare trace experts, chemists and the doctor who did the autopsy on the body of the 18-year-old. They will also declare public officials.
The verdict to the eight accused rugbiers would be known on January 31, after the 22 scheduled hearings.
