This young Algerian, from the district of Staouéli in Algiers, had left Algeria to try to build a better future elsewhere. He tells this at the microphone of the Algerian youtubeur, residing in France, Houssem Wahrani. Indeed, Soolking said, “What prompted me to leave was to look for work. I believe this is the concern of many Algerians. For me as a singer and dancer, it was even more difficult to work in Algeria. That’s what prompted me to leave.
Houssem Wahrani, questions the artist about his experience as a Harrag, the latter clearly states that coming to Europe or France with the aim of improving his life, ends up paying, provided he concentrates on work, saying “Those who come to work, whatever their profession, will succeed”. By affirming that there is work in France, He also advises his young people who choose this type of immigration to be serious and to avoid bad company.
Soolking also did not hesitate to recount his own experience when he was in an irregular situation in France, revealing that he avoided frequenting disreputable places and that despite his harrag situation, he managed to live, specifying that he had several jobs (cigarette seller, mover, etc.).
