Good news for the approximately 150 employees affected by the insolvency of the Bludenz power plant builder: the takeover and the workforce are all wrapped up.
One can confidently speak of a Christmas miracle, even if December 29 is already on the calendar: In the insolvency proceedings of the badly hit power plant builder Bertsch Energy, a solution is emerging that will preserve the location and thus the jobs in Bludenz.

Insolvency administrator Dr. Wilhlem Klagian has been working flat out for weeks on a solution to complete the sale as quickly as possible. Also to ensure the continuation of open orders to prevent further default payments.
Who takes over the company?
As of today, a solution is emerging that will continue to ensure the continuation of the traditional business in the Alpine town and will allow everyone involved to breathe a sigh of relief shortly before the end of the year.
