Stay-at-home order for apparent pollution emergency in Chester County

A stay-at-home order was issued for parts of Downington in Chester County, Pennsylvania, following reports of a Hazmat investigation.

The incident was reported to have taken place in the 415 block of Boot Road about a mile from a child care center.

So far no evictions have been generated, the incident remains under investigation.
